What are your rates?

How is the rate I received determined?

How do I know if the application has been approved?

How long does the loan process take?
It takes five to seven days. Once you are approved we send you the documents to sign by overnight mail. They must be signed and notarized and returned in the envelope we provide. When we have your signature the money is sent to the seller by bank wire and you are ready to take possession and drive off down the road.

Not much news and no new photos yet from our travelers. Last heard they were in Durango, CO. and headed to the 4 Corners Area. They expect to be in the Fort Carson area July 3rd - 4th.
